I agree with the article. Sometimes I do it after a big change and sometimes I do it before. Like now. I'm getting rid of stuff and booking an appointment to cut the long locks. I call it preparing for battle. I change my sphere of home so I can be ready for the imminent changes in living (where I live, where I work, etc.) I need to move and find a better job before the summer. This is how I get ready.
